RIC Management Team Eric
Albert Mr. Albert is a seasoned veteran in the electronics manufacturing industry, with over 33 years of experience. He has spent over 31 of those years at RIC. Mr. Albert has held numerous positions at RIC since 1978. They include: Assembly Technician, Project Manager, Production Supervisor, Plant Manager, Quality Manager, General Manager and Executive Vice President. In 1994, Mr. Albert was unanimously elected to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer by the company's Board of Directors. In October 2003, Mr. Albert completed the Executive Education Program from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Albert has also attended Monroe Community College and Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
Chairman of the Board Mr. King worked at RIC for several years as part of the summer employment program starting in 1970. After attending the University of Rochester, and Clarkson College of Technology, he earned a BA degree in Computer Science from the State University College at Potsdam. During his career in the Fortune 500, Mr. King was invited to join the IDMS User Association's Board of Directors and chair the Technical Advisory Committee. In 1988 he started NJ Advanced Database Consultants, Inc. which he still owns and operates. In addition to direct consulting, he has worked on database design projects representing Cullinet Systems at Kidder Peabody, and representing IBM at Citibank and the NYPD. In 1988 he was invited to join the RIC Board of Directors. He was elected Chairman in 1996.
John
Little Mr. Little has played a key role in the establishment of the Engineering Department at RIC. He has over 26 years of experience in the electrical mechanical industry, including extensive experience in computer and microprocessor programming technology. Mr. Little joined RIC in 1989 after studying Electrical Engineering and Mathematics at Syracuse University. He continues his education in Microprocessor Design at the University of Rochester while managing the Engineering Department at RIC. In addition to providing technical support to RIC and its customers, John has designed control assemblies for many customers including: Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Johnson and Johnson, Harris, Emerson, Diversified, Brooks, US Filter, Hover Davis, Edicon, Videk, Byron-Oxbo, Getinge-Castle, and McDonnell Douglas.
Steve
Hotchkiss Mr. Hotchkiss joined RIC in 2002 as Business Development Director. He is a 31-year veteran of contract electronics manufacturing. Prior to joining RIC, Mr. Hotchkiss was part of the Senior Management team in the areas of Customer Service/Sales and Marketing for over 20 years at IEC Electronics Corp. Mr. Hotchkiss is responsible for developing a sales rep team to broaden RIC’s geographical coverage; diversify the customer portfolio, enhance the company image through multimedia and monthly customer surveys. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology and Alfred State where he majored in electronic communications.
